DIRECTOR
As the founder and director of My Debt Adviser, Phillip brings over two decades of experience in finance and financial planning to the role, the majority gained working independently in his own businesses.
This extensive experience has not only enriched his personal business acumen but also deepened his understanding of the needs of his clients and strategic partners.
Holding degrees in both Commerce and Economics, and with a decade spent as a financial adviser, Phillip's expertise is comprehensive and well-rounded. His decision to focus on clients' debt needs was fueled by his frustration with the substandard outcomes often provided by standard brokers and banks directly.
Phillip recognised the essential need for clients to have a debt adviser - someone who could intelligently coordinate their financial needs and help them navigate the complex array of information and options in the market.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has over two decades of experience in the banking and finance industry.
Throughout his career, he has worked at an elite level within Australian lenders and as a broker, specialising in both commercial and residential lending.

Justina holds a Masters in Accounting and has over 18 years of experience in the banking and finance industry in both residential and commercial lending.
Justina’s primary role for the last 8 years has been assisting Phillip and Tony with all aspects of the analysis of clients. She skillfully coordinates the initial lending process and provides continuous support for clients, addressing their ongoing needs and reviews.
Justina’s extensive experience and strong technical skills make her an invaluable additional point of contact for clients.

Jordan has a Business and Commerce Degree and over six years of experience in financial planning and finance.
His background includes a key role as a Senior Financial Adviser, where he developed a philosophy of treating clients as long-term relationships rather than single transactions. This philosophy brought him to our team, where he continues to prioritise client needs.
He specialises in Residential Lending, with a keen focus on assisting First Home Buyers. Jordan is proactive in his approach, customising loan structures to fit each client's unique needs.
