My Debt Adviser are a group of dedicated mortgage professionals who have real experience and technical knowledge within the Australian banking sector. The team have various backgrounds in Commercial, Private, and Residential Banking and Financial Planning.
My Debt Adviser are recognised by all major lenders and have direct access to elite broker channels, giving their clients access to offers and policies that are generally not available through standard broker channels or branches.
PHILLIP ALLEN
Director
The founder and Director of My Debt Adviser with over 20 years in finance and financial planning, a majority of which was working independently. This brings a wealth of personal business experience and an invaluable understanding to his clients and strategic partners.
Having both Commerce and Economics degrees and having practiced as a technical financial adviser for 10 years, he began looking after clients debt needs after becoming frustrated with the service they received from basic brokers or bank specialists. He saw the need for clients to have a proper debt adviser to more intelligently co-ordinate their needs and help negotiate the vast amount of information and offers available in the market.
TONY PATTON
Senior Finance Executive
Holding a Bachelor of Commerce, Tony has worked in the banking and finance industry for over 23 years. During this time, he has had experience at the elite level working both within Australian lenders and as a broker in both commercial and residential lending. Tony loves working with his clients and using his experience and understanding to help them achieve superior outcomes.
JUSTINA McCLEAN
Senior Account Executive
Justina co-ordinates the application process for all clients and assists with ongoing needs. Holding a Masters in Accounting and over 10 years experience with a major bank in business banking, Justina co-ordinates with the team to ensure the lending process goes smoothly.
